These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of offscriptnyc.com (the "Site") and purchases from off script, operated by Strangelove Inc., a New York corporation ("off script," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Online Store

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through the Site.

You may not use our products or Site for unlawful purposes or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our fragrances accurately. However, packaging, colors, appearance, and other product details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Fragrance is subjective. Scent perception, longevity, projection, and development may vary depending on skin chemistry, application, environment, and other factors. Product descriptions and fragrance notes describe the intended character of a fragrance and are not guarantees of an individual's experience.

Our Scent Quiz provides recommendations based on the answers you submit. Results are intended as guidance only and do not guarantee that you will like a particular fragrance.

Please review product information before use. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, or shipping restrictions.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site. Applicable shipping costs and other charges will be shown at checkout.

Payment may be available through services including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Discover. Use of third-party payment services may also be subject to their terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms and provide additional information regarding delivery, cancellations, returns, damaged products, and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

Promotions

Discounts, promotional codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and availability. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the off script name, trademarks, logos, fragrance names, graphics, photography, videos, text, packaging, designs, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Strangelove Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or services of third parties.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strangelove Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, nor does it affect mandatory consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Strangelove Inc. and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or material violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted by these Terms, those rights remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective when the updated Terms are posted to the Site, unless otherwise required by law.
