off script ships internationally from fulfillment locations in the United States and Italy.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–4 business days
International: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, customs procedures, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability and applicable laws or restrictions.

Where applicable, import duties and taxes associated with delivery are covered by off script. Customers should not ordinarily be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

If you are unexpectedly charged import duties or taxes relating to an off script shipment, please contact hello@offscriptnyc.com before making payment where reasonably possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Because perfume is classified as a regulated or hazardous material for transportation purposes, available carriers, shipping methods, and delivery destinations may occasionally be restricted.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to legally or safely ship it to the destination provided.

Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@offscriptnyc.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at hello@offscriptnyc.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the package and product.

For products that arrive damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability. Where replacement is not possible, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.
