Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your off script fragrance. If you change your mind, eligible products may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging and condition.

Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for voluntary returns.

Discovery Sets are final sale and are not eligible for voluntary returns.

These restrictions do not limit any mandatory return, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

To request a return, contact hello@offscriptnyc.com before sending the product back. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Off Script is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary returns, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@offscriptnyc.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide another remedy as required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another eligible product, please return your original eligible purchase and place a new order.

European & International Consumer Rights

Customers in the European Economic Area and certain other jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for online purchases, including a right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Where statutory rights apply, they take precedence over any conflicting provision of this voluntary Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you may be responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by law. Refunds, including any delivery charges that must legally be reimbursed, will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Exceptions to statutory withdrawal rights may apply to certain products or circumstances under applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights relating to goods that are defective, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming.
